Build development (Milestone) plans with feedback from:
- Developers & testers participating on the project
- Organizations with shipping plans
Execute Milestone Checkpoints
- Drivers identify key bugs that need to be fixed or features that need to be implemented
- Control which changes get checked in, and the timing of those changes, at the end of each milestone cycle
Assess progress on milestone releases
- Focus efforts and guide progress on key areas
- Recent focus has been on performance, stability, api freezing, and landing of new features
